| I could manage my problem, creating the list of choices as différent characteristics.
Using this method, I could define the unit and the value numeric format.

| I mean:
My Data Type is "Character Format" in order to have a list of choices.
My value Assignment is "multiple value"
And in values, the list ("Proteines in Gram; Calcium in MGram)
I would like to be able to enter for example 2.01 in front of proteines.
